2. Description of Service

Dear Future Self is a time capsule service that allows you to write personal messages to your future self. You can schedule these messages to be delivered via email at a future date of your choosing. The service includes:

• Message composition and storage
• Digital signature capability
• Scheduled email delivery
• One-time message viewing

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Complete the payment process

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our service requires payment for message scheduling. Pricing varies by location:

• $1.00 USD for international users
• ₹99 INR for users in India
• ₦1,099 NGN for users in Nigeria

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Payments are non-refundable once a message has been scheduled for delivery.

5. Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without prior written consent

6. Message Storage and Delivery

Messages are encrypted and stored securely until the scheduled delivery date. Once delivered:

• Messages can be viewed only once through the provided link
• After viewing, messages become inaccessible
• We do not guarantee delivery if the email address becomes invalid
• Delivery dates are scheduled in your local timezone

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dear Future Self and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Dear Future Self, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

The information on this service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dear Future Self operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
